Session Overview
War places sustained pressure on the brain and nervous system, often triggering intense stress responses that can affect many areas of life, including family dynamics, physical wellbeing, daily routines, focus, decision-making, communication, and team interactions at work.
During this focused session, the therapist will explore how the nervous system responds to ongoing threat and help participants better understand these reactions. The session will introduce practical, evidence-based techniques to help regulate stress, maintain emotional balance, and support both oneself and colleagues with greater compassion and empathy.
Participants will also be guided through simple tools to help release the stress cycle in real time, enabling them to regain clarity and function as effectively as possible despite challenging circumstances.
