Dr. Bastian DUFILHOLExecutive Director of ESCP Business School’s Dubai campus

Dr. Bastian DUFILHOL is the Executive Director of ESCP Business School’s Dubai campus, permanent affiliate professor, and Academic Director of Executive Programmes. He previously served as a General Officer in the French Armed Forces, including in the French Foreign Legion and at the Saint-Cyr Military Academy, where he led strategic transformation initiatives. Since 2024, he has taught strategy at the Centre des Hautes Études Militaires (CHEM – Paris) and advised the French cybersecurity start-up ANOZR WAY. He is a Saint-Cyr and War College graduate, engineer, ESSEC alumnus, and holds a PhD in Political Science on State Resilience, as well as a diploma from the Institute for Advanced Studies of the Ministry of the Interior (IHEMI).
