Joumana Saddi ChayaPrésidente du RDCL | Associée gérante de PSLab
Born in Beirut, Lebanon, Joumana Saddi Chaya grew up between Beirut and the UK, where she studied and started her career.
After a start in finance and private banking, Joumana’s career shifted in 2004, when she co-founded PSLab with her brother Dimitri Saddi.
PSLab designs and manufactures architectural lighting, specific to projects delivered around the world. PSLab is present in eight European cities, New York, and Dubai, with its headquarters and manufacturing arm in Lebanon.
Currently Managing Partner at PSLab Group of companies, Joumana also holds that role at Projects and Supplies, founded in 1977 and based in UAE.
President of RDCL (Rassemblement de Dirigeants et Chefs d’Entreprises Libanais) since June 2025 - first Lebanese woman to preside the association - Joumana is dedicated to Lebanon’s national network of diverse business leaders, uniting, mobilizing, and empowering the Lebanese legal private sector. Founded in 1986.
Joumana is a board member of BEMA (Beirut Museum of Art), whose mission is to preserve and promote Lebanese and regional art, connecting people through creativity, heritage, and knowledge.
She is also a board member of Give a Child a Brighter Future (UK - Lebanon), a non-profit organization, that provides hospitals, organizations and medical centers vital pediatric care and medical equipment for children.
A mother of three, Joumana is passionate about Lebanon generally and Lebanese industry in particular.
