Boost' Her is a local innovation program organized by CCI France Liban, in partnership with L’Oréal Paris - Liban and ESA business school.

The purpose of the program is to offer to the participants an experience and the opportunity to innovate and create their own business from idea to project. It aims to enhance participants entrepreneurial skills, creativity skills, and perception of the business.

No participation fee is required.

Boost' Her is a program accessible to all women entrepreneurs with an idea in order to help them shape their future and start their own business: students in all fields and level of study, graduated or attending a post-graduate course (e.g. doctorate program or MBA), employees or self-employed… from all ages.  

The organizer reserves the right to refuse participation, or to disqualify, at any times during the program, participants (and their teams) at its sole discretion and without any justification. Submitting incorrect, misleading information or wrongful behavior during the program will lead to refusing or disqualification of participation.

The team could be composed with only one person up to three (3) people max. As diversity is a core value for the organizer and its partners, the team could include people of all genders, but should be led by a woman. A team that would not comply to this team diversity rule, could be disqualified from the program.

It is not possible to modify the composition of the team after the submission of the project.

b. Select your team leader (should be a woman).

c. Register through the link, and discover the info required. One registration only by team.

d. Start working on your project, and upload your information and documents.

e. Submit your project before the deadline.

All the deliverables must be done in English. The project description, and any other document submitted to the organizers at every stage of the competition, must be compliant to the guidelines.

a. INNOVATIVE & USEFUL: We want you to be bold and bring to the table ideas and solutions never seen before.

b. FEASIBLE & SCALABLE: We want your project to be realistic, possible to implement, and realizable on a big scale.

c. SUSTAINABLE: We want you to take the responsibility and be mindful of the impact that your project will have on the planet.

d. TECH-DRIVEN: We want you to incorporate into your project the newest technology developments.

e. INCLUSIVE: We want you to not exclude any particular social groups, and to make your project as equally accessible as possible to all potential users.

At each step, the projects will be evaluated out of 10 points. The weighting of the evaluation criteria will be as detailed below.

5 teams will be selected by the jury and results will be announced on October 25. From beginning of November 2023 till end of June 2024, the 5 winning teams will benefit from a series of trainings modules and workshops and will have the opportunity to live a full Intrapreneurship experience with:

• Immersive day at L’Oréal Liban head office, an opportunity to discover and live an entrepreneurial spirit with L’Oréal Liban experts.
• Mentoring sessions from corporates and ecosystem experts to coach and guide the winning teams throughout the program.
• Road trips & fields visits to meet inspiring businesswomen all over Lebanon.
• Full access to “Le Booster Beyrouth" business center, a one-stop workplace ideally located in the heart of Beirut

The 5 selected team will have the opportunity to pitch their projects in local competitions and get exposed to potential investors.
